We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to market our medical supplies and medicines to hospitals and healthcare facilities across North Luzon.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales and overcome objections.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (La Union and Pangasinan)
• Prior experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and target key decision-makers in hospitals to promote company products.
• Conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
