Join Metro Drug, Inc.' as a Key Account Specialist based in North Luzon area (Pangasinan, Baguio). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and building long-term, profitable relationships. Your work will be crucial in driving sales growth and achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to strengthen partnerships with key customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts
  • Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement plans to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all account activities and interactions
  • Support the broader sales team by sharing market insights and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or key account sales, preferably within FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
