Dagupan, Ilocos, Philippines BTL Medical Technologies Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise & Clinical Support:

  • Become a subject matter expert on BTL's full line of physical therapy products, including high-intensity laser, focused shockwave therapy, radio-frequency and electrotherapy devices.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients, including physical therapists, physicians, and clinic administrators
  • Provide comprehensive clinical training and support to new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in the use of BTL equipment.
  • Act as a clinical resource, answering technical and application-related questions and providing ongoing support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy and BTL's product portfolio.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Work in a junior sales capacity supporting the senior sales team in lead generation, territory management and client relationship building.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within NORTH & NORTHERN LUZON
  • Participate in sales calls, trade shows and industry events to represent BTL and promote our product solutions.
  • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.

Market & Customer Feedback:

  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and new product opportunities, to the marketing and R&D..
  • Serve a s a bridge between the customer and the company, relaying feedback on product performance and user experience to improve future offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities, patient assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn complex technical information quickly and translate it into clear, understandable terms for various audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Comfortable with a blend of clinical and commercial responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and is a plus.
