1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and training institutions

Maintain and update a talent pool database for future hiring needs

2. Job Posting & Advertising

Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to the Philippine labor market.

Post job openings on relevant platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and local job boards

3. Screening & Interviewing

Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.

Conduct initial screenings via phone, video calls (Zoom, MS Teams), or in-person interviews

Facilitate panel interviews and coordinate with Chairman of the Company for technical assessments

4. Candidate Evaluation & Selection

Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Prepare shortlists and recommend top candidates for final interviews.

5. Onboarding & Documentation

Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical exams, NBI clearance, and government registrations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Prepare employment contracts in compliance with the Philippine Labor Code

Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

6. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure recruitment practices comply with DOLE regulations, anti-discrimination laws, and data privacy standards

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports for management.

7. Employer Branding & Engagement

Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
