About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in the continued success and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your assigned territory
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline within our CRM system
  • Continuously seeking to improve your sales skills and knowledge of the industry

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and performance
