About the role
Hospeco Phils. Inc. is seeking experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office. As a fulltime Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts within agreed targets and margins
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support the delivery of sales orders
- Providing insightful feedback to the leadership team to inform product and service development
- Participating in trade shows, events and other marketing activities to raise the company's profile
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the account and relationship management domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales techniques
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and the local language is essential
