About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Global Ink Solution Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products to new and existing customers. You will take a lead role in identifying business opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

You will collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate order handling, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your performance will directly impact revenue generation and the company's overall success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Generate quotations and negotiate pricing to close deals
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure after-sales satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for management
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and documentation requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial product sales
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Experience in the ink, printing, or chemical industry is a strong advantage
