Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee all operators, including contract/project management, material procurement, permitting, planning, scheduling, financial reporting, quality assurance and control, safety, equipment, and monitoring project performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage civil works for telecom infrastructure.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with contractors and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Handle documentation, permits, and project handover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the telecom or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom equipment and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
