The position is responsible for leading and managing the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, ultimately driving the achievement of the intended business outcomes in collaboration with the project owner and the key project stakeholders. The IT PPD team assists in the implementation and cascade, operationalization and compliance monitoring of the project delivery framework, including advocating it in the entire organization, as well as helping with continuous improvement of the process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technology projects from initiation through closing, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to achieve defined business outcomes.
  • Support implementation, cascade, operationalization, and compliance monitoring of the project delivery framework.
  • Advocate the project delivery framework across the organization and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any 4-year business course
  • At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects from initiation to closing
  • Solid experience in traditional (waterfall), agile (iterative/Scrum), or hybrid project management approaches
  • Advanced knowledge in Project Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Management
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams of 10-20 members and engage stakeholders from middle management to group head levels
  • Proven experience delivering at least 2 complex projects with budgets up to 10M within 6-12 month timelines
  • Training attendance in globally accepted Project Management Standards
  • Certification on PM standards is not required but is highly preferable
