WE'RE HIRING: Restaurant Management Trainee for Greenhills Mall (San Juan City)

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Management Trainee to join our restaurant and cafe team in Greenhills Mall. This role is ideal for individuals preferably with supervisory experience who want to strengthen their leadership skills and grow into higher management positions within the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Management Trainee, or similar role ( F&B / Restaurant experience is a strong advantage)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Able to stay composed and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with restaurant operations, team supervision, and service standards
  • Highly organized with strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism
