Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets. Maintains order, enforces company rules, and provides assistance during emergencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and secure the company premises, entry and exit points.
  • Conduct regular inspections within the facility.
  • Enforce company rules, policies, and security protocols.
  • Report and respond promptly to suspicious activities, safety hazards, and incidents.
  • Assist in emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or evacuation.
  • Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
  • Maintain daily security reports and log activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (College level/graduate is a plus).
  • With previous experience as a Security Guard/Security Marshal in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
  • Holder of valid security license and/or relevant training certifications (e.g., NC II in Security Services) is preferred.
  • Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and of good moral character.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
