As a Host, you will represent our brand by interviewing people, visiting exciting locations, joining events, and engaging audiences with interactive games. Your role is to create compelling and viral content that connects with our target audience.

As the Event Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with barangays, researching events, and managing the team's schedules to ensure smooth and well-organized shoots and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Host:

  • Serve as the face of our TikTok and Instagram platform, appearing in short-form videos and livestreams.

  • Conduct man-on-the-street interviews, engaging with the public in fun and interactive ways.

  • Visit various locations and events, showcasing unique experiences and exciting opportunities.

-Develop and facilitate interactive games with people met during daily shoots.

  • Maintain a charismatic, engaging, and approachable personality that resonates with our audience.

  • Work closely with the content team to ensure videos align with brand goals and current trends.

As an Event Lead:

  • Research and identify relevant local events, festivals, and community activities for brand presence.

  • Coordinate with barangays, event organizers, and partners to secure permits and participation.

  • Manage the scheduling and logistics for the hosting and content production team.

  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality content capture.

-Liaise with the social media and marketing teams to align content strategies with promotional objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in hosting, reporting, or content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube preferred).

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with different audiences.

  • Ability to create and lead interactive activities and games.

  • Organizational and project management skills to coordinate events and schedules.

  • Knowledge of local events, pop culture, and social media trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.

  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the online gaming or casino industry is an advantage.
