The P&C Support Officer is a hands-on operational role that keeps our recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes running smoothly. This role supports everything from managing candidate workflows and contracts to tracking compliance and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate updates and timely communication with hiring managers.
  • Handle compliance checks, maintain recruitment data, and prepare progress reports.
  • Support HR reporting, data management, and continuous process improvements. 
  • Provide assistance with vendor invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tasks through SAP Concur.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2-3 years experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or admin support (ideally in a fast-paced setting).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR/recruitment systems (Greenhouse or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with invoice processing or Australian HR processes is an advantage.
