Position Title: Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
- You will package credit facilities suitable for the clients' needs and prepare corresponding credit proposals.
- Regularly monitor clients' portfolio to ensure credit quality.
- Conduct client calls and plant visits.
- Ensure proper documentation of all loan accounts.
- Supervise the Account Coordinators to ensure timely and proper booking of transactions and adherence to bank and regulatory policies.
Role Exposure:
- Opportunity to work with top corporations in the country.
- Collaborate with internal units of the bank.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services industry
- Experience in handling corporate and commercial clients an advantage
- Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills and confident in talking to senior clients and internal partners
- Strong analytical skills
