We're Hiring: Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Role: Commercial Relationship Manager

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure continued success and address any concerns.
Prepare reports on account status and performance metrics for management review.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial relationship management or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
