Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Admin Support)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, including budget requests, expense tracking, liquidation, and other assigned roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn more about sales and marketing operations. Experience or a willingness to propose ways to better manage expenses is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process budget requests, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Track, monitor, and reconcile expenses, maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Manage liquidation reports and ensure all expenditures comply with company policies
- Assist in organizing sales and marketing materials and campaigns as needed
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve expense management and administrative processes
- Support the sales and marketing team with various administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and audit purposes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding administrative matters
- Continuously learn about sales and marketing functions to provide enhanced support
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for expense management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment
- Preferably with basic knowledge or interest in sales and marketing principles
- Ability to propose and implement improvements in expense tracking and budgeting processes
Work Experience:
- At least 1–2 years experience in administrative support, preferably in sales and marketing
- Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and liquidation processes is highly desirable
- Experience with digital tools for expense management or project tracking is a plus
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
