Role Overview

This is a dynamic role that blends creative marketing skills with technical proficiency in tools like HubSpot and social media platforms.

You'll work closely with business development and operations to bring Meissner's brand to life through proposals, digital campaigns, and client onboarding materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Brand Support

  • Design and assemble polished marketing packages, pitch decks, and proposals.
  • Develop engaging digital content (posts, graphics, short videos, stories) for social media and email campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent with Meissner's brand and growth strategy.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage Meissner's presence across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Build and execute social media strategies to support BD and recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster engagement.
  • Track analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot) and provide insights.

Email & Marketing Automation

  • Use HubSpot to segment lists, create workflows, and deliver targeted campaigns.
  • Write and test compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs.
  • Support automation for onboarding, lead nurturing, and client engagement.

Proposals, Contracts & Onboarding Support

  • Collaborate with BD and operations to draft, format, and polish client proposals and agreements.
  • Create and optimize processes and automations within HubSpot.
  • Ensure documents are visually aligned with brand standards and easy to navigate.
  • Support onboarding campaigns, ensuring clients receive clear, professional communications.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Video editing and post-production for short-form marketing assets.
  • SEO/SEM campaign familiarity (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
  • Website management or editing.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred; CRE or professional services a plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).
  • Skilled in content creation - copywriting, design, and social media publishing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
