Job Summary:

The Senior Product Assistant plays a crucial role in the development and management of the company's diverse product portfolio by providing support in product strategies, launches, and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to develop and implement effective product strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings
  • Assist in the development of product concepts, prototypes, and specifications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product launches
  • Monitor product performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the management of product data, including pricing, inventory, and promotional activities
  • Contribute to the development of product marketing materials and sales collateral

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably in the food industry
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop effective product strategies
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office suite and product development tools
  • Passion for the food industry and a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences
