JOB SUMMARY

The Production Assistant is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day workflow of the assigned department/s, by providing administrative assistance, organizing production documents and assets, and assisting with various aspects of the animation production process. Ensures the smooth and efficient execution of the production processes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as a central point of contact for communication between different departments, team members and external stakeholders.
  • Communicates with the artists the respective details needed for the said project/ episode.
  • Maintains the production documentation, reports and asset trackers.
  • Assists in organizing project files, assets and materials for future reference and use.
