We're looking for a
Senior Production Manager
to lead our Client Delivery operations and drive excellence across our agency teams. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for execution, leadership, and innovation—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead execution strategy across multiple agencies and micro-agencies
  • Manage Agency Managers and ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal departments and global stakeholders
  • Oversee project assignments, resource planning, and risk management
  • Champion innovation and process improvement
  • Manage third-party vendors and special operations teams
  • Promote a culture of accountability and executional excellence

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in complex production operations, with 3+ years in a senior role
  • Background in printing or publishing preferred
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional Asian languages a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ready to start immediately
