We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruitment Intern
to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to assisting in interviews. You will gain practical knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices while contributing to building a strong workforce for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Help maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
