Role Description

This is a hybrid role internship for a Human Resources Intern.

We are seeking a proactive and creative HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, where you'll have the chance to work on impactful projects, streamline reward programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Compensation & Benefits:

Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure they are well-executed and aligned with company objectives.
- Rewards & Recognition Programs

: Ensure the smooth operation of employee recognition initiatives, handling logistics, communications, and tracking.
- Cross-Team Coordination:

Partner with various teams to identify and coordinate learning and development opportunities for employees.
- Database Maintenance:

Regularly update HR databases to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Program Development

: Contribute innovative ideas and assist in implementing new HR programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
