ROCCO Furnishing International is committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment for all team members. We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Safety Officer to oversee employee and site safety during evening operations.

Position Overview

The Safety Officer will monitor and enforce safety policies, conduct inspections, and support employees working during night hours. This role focuses on hazard identification, maintaining site safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular night-shift safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training for night-shift personnel.
  • Investigate incidents or near misses; prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory safety standards.
  • Monitor PPE usage, equipment conditions, and site safety signage.
  • Work closely with supervisors to enhance safety culture during night operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation including inspection logs, incident reports, and training records.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA, NEBOSH, CSP) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a safety position within construction, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night hours.

Shift & Benefits

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Free accommodation provided within walking distance to the site

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
