About the role

Edisons Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our employee experience

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Capable of handling and processing employee grievances and due process procedure
  • Proficient in HR software and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a client-centric approach
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labour laws and regulations
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
