JOB SUMMARY:

  • This position is responsible for overseeing the validation, documentation, and reconciliation of all sales-related transactions. This role ensures compliance with accounting procedures, manages the accounts receivable team, and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Educational Requirement
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Financial Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must have hands-on experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.

Training / License / Certification
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is an advantaged.

Responsibility for Information
  • The Accounts Receivable Supervisor has access to confidential accounting records, documents, systems, and procedures.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of such information may compromise the company's financial interests.

Level of Decision-Making
  • Makes decisions related to billing processes, account reconciliations, and escalates critical issues to upper management as needed.
  • Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures for accounts receivable operations, including process improvements.

Internal and External Contacts
  • Collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintains professional relationships with clients, auditors, and financial institutions, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
