We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from understanding needs to final endorsement.
  • Sourcing: Proactively find and engage candidates using various channels.
  • Assessment: Conduct paper screening, interviews, and coordinate trade tests.
  • Documentation: Prepare job offers, contracts, and agreements; collate all pre-employment requirements.
  • Coordination: Endorse candidates to training and new hires to onboarding.
  • Reporting: Regularly update recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Applicant Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with limited to no prior recruitment experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Strong interest in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional applicant experience.
