Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding activities. This role ensures that the company attracts, selects, and retains qualified talent to meet organizational needs while promoting a positive candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Prepare and release job offers and employment contracts.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and 201 file management.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and placement offices for talent pipeline development.
- Represent the company in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City from Monday to Saturday.
