About the role

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  2. Conduct monthly account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the financial data
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and other accounting-related documents
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to implement and improve accounting policies and procedures
  5. Provide support and guidance to the wider business on financial and accounting matters
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  7. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
