JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, verify and reconcile vendor invoices, and prepare payments
  • Prepare and monitor the organization's budget, and provide financial data to support budgetary decisions
  • Prepare financial reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements
  • Accurately enter financial data, including invoices, bills, receipts, and journal entries, in to the accounting system
  • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial records.
  • Manage tax-related activities, including tax returns filings, and compliance with tax regularizations
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Provide administrative assistant such as filing, providing telephone support, transcription, and the production of accounting forms
  • Maintain organized and easily accessible financial files, such as income and expense documents, checks, receipts, etc.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their financial matters, such as real property, equipment, and tax liability

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
  • At least 1-3 years for Accounting Staff
  • Has a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
  • Dependable and takes full accountability for assigned responsibilities
  • Advanced MS Office and Excel skills, including VLookUp and Pivot Table functions
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Quickbooks, SAP, Xero, Oracle, Netsuite
