About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and first impression of our workplace. More than just a receptionist, you're the heart of our front-of-house experience—welcoming guests, supporting employees, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and warm atmosphere every single day.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a welcoming attitude.
  • Manage front desk operations: phone calls, inquiries, visitor logs, and access badges.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are tidy and ready.
  • Liaise with internal teams (facilities, IT, admin) for workplace support.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with workplace events, tours, and onboarding support for new hires.
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front office environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm, approachable personality and a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino—verbal and written.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a smile.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email systems, and calendar management software.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
