About the Job:

The Senior Park Operations Manager reports directly to the President and acts as the primary representative in all strategic functions. This role requires a visionary leader who can execute strategic plans, manage day-to-day operations, engage stakeholders, and drive both the business and advocacy missions of the organization. It's a muti-dimensional leadership role that combines strategy, promotion, partnerships, financial management, and operations, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Represent the President and the organization in high-level meetings, events, partnerships, and public functions.
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans, revenue-generating programs and initiatives aligned with the Company's vision and goals.
  • Promote Kaway'an Ecopark as a premier eco-tourism destination and sustainable events venue.
  • Build relationships with tourism boards, environmental groups, event organizers, and corporate partners.
  • Partner with NGOs, academic institutions, environmental leaders, and government units to turn the space into a platform for change.
  • Prepare financial analyses and project costings for proposed activities, events, and programs.
  • Monitor budgets, project returns, and cost-benefit projections to guide executive decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any relevant course.
  • At least five (5) years of proven leadership experience, particularly in eco-tourism, sustainability, business development, or nonprofit management.
  • Strong background in operations and financial management.
  • Proficiency in preparing budgets, cost analysis, ROI forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; Confident public speaker.
  • Deep understanding of and commitment to environmental and community development principles.
