QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably marketing related.
  • With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience in the related field.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can manage his/her own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate; knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Has pleasing personality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide market tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Formulate internal and external marketing plans and campaigns and execute them.
  • Manage and distribute means of advertisements (e.g tarpaulin, flyers, brochures, etc)
  • Implement and enforce the marketing strategies to obtain objectives.
  • Conduct field works by visiting companies, subdivisions, schools and other organizations and establishments and offering the services and amenities the hospital is offering.
  • Coordinate with external medical and pharmaceutical organizations together with other corporations in activities and events promoting the hospital's offered services.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments for activities and events that are related to the celebrations on the Department of Health Calendar of Events.
  • Prepare newsletter articles with the cooperation of the Editorial Board Committee for the quarterly newsletter of the hospital.
  • Update and publish the Doctor's Schedules, Hospital rates and the New Promotions approved by the responsible Department Heads.
  • Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity material to maximum service promotion.
  • Make Monthly Marketing Report and submit them to the Department Supervisor.
  • Manage the hospital's social networking site and answer inquiries of customers in a professional and timely manner.
