We're now looking for an
experienced Sales Manager
to join our team and help us convert warm leads into loyal customers.

What you'll do

You'll be working with
warm leads
— customers who are already interested in our services. Your tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming chats from new and existing clients and converting them into sales
  • Communicating with customers in written English, online and in real-time
  • Increasing the average order value through upselling and cross-selling
  • Recording your results in the CRM system
  • Supporting and guiding clients throughout their entire journey with Overgear

What we expect from you

  • 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2C, but B2B is also welcome)
  • Experience in online or phone-based sales
  • Written English level
    B2 and higher
    — you'll be chatting with English-speaking customers and need to communicate naturally, without translation tools
  • Willingness to regularly play video games to stay familiar with the content

A big plus

  • Experience in the
