Admin & Permits Associate

The Admin & Permits Associate is responsible to coordinate between an organization and external parties (like government agencies, regulatory bodies, or contractors) to obtain necessary permits, licenses, or approvals for operations, construction, events, or business activities. The role often combines administrative, communication, and compliance functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field
- Keen on details, hardworking and can work under pressure with minimal supervision;
- With good oral & written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient
- Willing to travel to different Cities
- Strong communication and management skills
- Highly motivated and deadline – driven individual
- Willing to work at Novaliches Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Office Supply and Maintenance Management:
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Managing inventory and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
Ensuring the office environment is clean and organized
Coordinating with maintenance and repair services
2. Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule meetings and appointment.
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
Organizing and coordinating events.
3. PermitsResponsible for securing permits, clearances and licenses from various government offices
- Collate and prepare the necessary documents required in applications/renewals for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, etc.
- Liaise and prepares the documents to the government agency
- Process Opening of new business
- Other tasks initiated by the management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
