Job Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Office Administration/Accountancy
  • At least Three (03) years of experience performing administrative and accounting-related tasks.

· Experience with processing annual business permits is a plus.

Skills:

· Proficient in oral and written English with effective communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); accounting software is a plus e.g Quickbook

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to multitask and work independently

· Proficient in handling and understanding basic accounting documents such as BIR Form 2307, Vouchers, Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoice, Collection Receipt, Official Receipt and supporting financial documents.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin and Accounting Assistant to support daily administrative operations and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both office coordination and financial documentation. Responsibilities include:

  1. Prepare check payments.

  2. Providing assistance in maintaining financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.

  3. Assist in assuring timely renewal of all business licenses, permits, accreditations, MOA's, supply and service agreements.

  4. Coordinate with the service provider/suppliers for the service maintenance and/or repairs of office fixtures and office equipment

  5. Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

  6. Receiving, distributing and sending packages, letters and mail.

  7. Maintain physical and digital filing systems

  8. General administrative support.

  9. Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
