Job Summary:

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience in the mortgage or banking industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can manage multiple files, and ensures seamless communication with clients, brokers, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage loan applications from submission through settlement.
  • Review, verify, and maintain accurate client information and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders via email and phone to gather missing information and resolve queries.
  • Ensure all applications meet Australian banking and lender policies.
  • Coordinate valuations, pricing, and investment-related documents as required.
  • Maintain compliance records and adhere to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed notes and ensure clear documentation trails for audit purposes.
  • Track loan progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure files are processed within set timelines and service-level agreements.

Job Specifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in mortgage processing, banking, or financial services (preferably with exposure to Australian lenders).
  • Must possess a strong understanding of mortgage policies, compliance, pricing, and valuations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.
  • Strong background in documentation, long-form writing, and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems required.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Important notes:

  • This is an independent contractor engagement thus all tools must be provided by the IC.
  • Shift starts at 7am to 4pm but will shift to 5am to 2pm during daylight saving time.

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
