Location: Dumaguete City, Tanjay City, Bacolod City, or Cebu City

Schedule: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing & Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely stock availability using Fishbowl WMS.

  • Inventory Control & Reporting: Track container movements, generate performance reports, and support valuation and forecasting.

  • Systems Optimization: Document workflows, support system users, and lead automation initiatives.

  • Software Implementation: Research and roll out new tools, create SOPs, and collaborate across teams.

  • Product Research & Development: Evaluate new products and suppliers, maintain certifications and records.

  • Executive Support: Provide data analysis, prepare reports, and assist the Managing Director with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and a love for working with numbers and data.

  • Has experience handling operations systems for start-up companies is a plus

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Proactive mindset with a knack for process improvement.

  • Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving business needs.

  • Experience with Fishbowl WMS or similar systems is a plus.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
