Your Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing function and help transform our procurement operations during a period of critical ERP system implementation. This role is instrumental in ensuring the strategic sourcing of materials, maintaining vendor relationships, optimizing cost-efficiency, and building scalable systems for future growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a solid procurement background, strong ERP knowledge, and the ability to work across departments to meet evolving business needs.

What You NeedBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and contract management. Experience implementing or managing procurement processes within ERP systems (experience with Acumatica is a plus). Strong analytical and project management skills.
