English Teaching Administrative Specialist Part-Time (Business English Teacher)

(PHP /hour - negotiable depending on skills and experience)

Location:
 National Capital Region

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English lessons for Japanese adults, both onsite (daytime) and online (evening).
  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Participate in business development meetings.
  • Support staff in project-based work.
  • Develop and maintain lesson databases and teaching materials.
  • Prepare and update company lessons, learner reports, and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Availability for part-time face-to-face classes in Makati City and/or Bonifacio Global City and online evening classes on weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • English language proficiency at a fully fluent level (oral and written).
  • Teaching experience (experience with children is highly preferred).
  • Business experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Solid organizational skills and familiarity with basic PC hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work well with others, friendly, patient, and reliable.
  • Self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
  • Must have a working PC/laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps), a headset, and a microphone with clear sound.
  • Willing to learn and adopt our teaching methods.
  • Willing to undergo a 2-week paid training; probationary period of 3 months for part-time schedule.
  • Immediate start preferred.
