Role Overview

We are hiring a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support our remote operations. For the first 6 months, your primary role will involve marking homework and preparing materials. After that, you will gradually transition into conducting small-group online teaching sessions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Mark and review homework remotely for preschool and lower primary students (English & Math)
  • Support the Chief Instructor in tracking student performance and preparing progress reports
  • Assist in creating and organizing digital teaching materials
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Canva graphics as needed
  • Support basic social media content creation and light video editing
  • After 6-12 months: conduct live, small-group teaching sessions online

Working Hours
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippines Time)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred
  • Teaching experience in English and Math required
  • Preschool or early childhood experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable using technology and managing iPad-based learning systems
  • Willing to transition into remote teaching after 6 months

  • Social media content preparation and scheduling
  • Familiarity with child-friendly teaching strategies
