Are you someone that loves games? Do you believe that learning should be made fun? Join us to make learning fun for kids through video games

We're looking for individuals to take on our Teaching Assistant role to provide technical support to teachers and students during our online classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Send reminder messages to parents.

  • Respond to questions from parents

  • Help resolve technical issues that students face before and after classes e.g. setting up access

  • Help resolve technical issues during class time

  • Resolve classroom issues e.g. teacher running late, teacher connectivity problems

  • Escalate issues and feedback to other teams

  • Facilitate other operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both oral and written English

  • Previous experience working with children or facilitating workshops will be a plus

  • Enjoy playing video games (Familiarity with Roblox games is a plus but not a requirement)

  • Can think on your feet to solve problems

  • Can take on at least 3 shifts each week, weekdays preferred (shifts run from 10am-9pm)

  • Laptop or desktop computer with:

  • Windows 10 or macOS Mojave) or newer

  • Quad-core processor (Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7) 2.4 GHz or above

  • Minimum 8GB RAM

  • Stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps consistent download and upload speed

  • Webcam with 1080P resolution (built-in or external)

  • Headset with a good quality microphone

  • Quiet and private room
