Mechanical Sales Engineer | Direct Hiring | MakatiWe are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, a customer-first approach, and a passion for industrial and automotive solutions, especially in bearings. Responsibilities:Conduct sales activities, including order reception and processing, to promote business growth.

Provide technical support and services to customers and users of the company's products, with a focus on bearings. Identify market trends, threats, and competition, and report findings to management. Handle daily emails and reports, especially during business travel or outside office hours as needed.

Travel domestically to support sales activities; international travel (up to 10%) may be required occasionally. Supervise and participate in exhibitions or roadshows when necessary. Overtime may be reimbursed if required during weekends or public holidays due to customer emergencies.

Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.3-5 years of relevant sales experience in engineering. Excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. Effective communication skills at all organizational levels. Creative, innovative, analytical, and driven for excellence.

Proficient negotiation and presentation skills. High business ethics and integrity. Positive attitude and sense of urgency.

Fluent in written and verbal English communication. Experience in sales engineering, especially in bearings or related industries, is an advantage. Potential to undergo technical training abroad in Japan and Thailand if assigned.
