About the role

Temprite Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer for Sales Operations to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila and play a crucial role in driving the success of our mechanical contracting business, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and building strong relationships
  2. Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed proposals and technical specifications
  3. Collaborate with our in-house engineering team to design and engineer custom mechanical systems and solutions
  4. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to final delivery
  5. Provide post-sales support and liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and sales in the HVAC industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Proficient in using sales and project management tools, such as CRM systems and CAD software
  7. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
