We are seeking a highly skilled
Opto-mechanical Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of optical and mechanical systems for lasers, optical sensors, imaging systems, etc,. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both optics and mechanical engineering, with a focus on system integration and precision design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop optomechanical systems and components.
  • Conduct mechanical simulations (e.g., stress, thermal, vibration analysis) and optics testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Prototype and assemble optomechanical systems, including alignment and calibration of optical components.
  • Assist with the creation of detailed technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Perform optical and mechanical system analysis, ensuring designs meet project specifications and standards.
  • Test and troubleshoot mechanical and optical assemblies in both laboratory and real-world environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software, electrical, and hardware engineers to ensure system integration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for design changes, technical specifications, and testing results.
  • Support the development of product roadmaps and contribute to product innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Physics
    , or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in optomechanical design and integration.
  • Strong understanding of both optical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Experience with optical simulation tools (e.g., Zemax, LightTools) and mechanical simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
  • Hands-on experience with optomechanical assembly and alignment of optical components.
  • Solid understanding of materials and their properties in optomechanical applications.
  • Familiarity with precision fabrication techniques, such as CNC machining, 3D printing, and optical coating.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with laser systems, optical sensors, or imaging systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO or industry-specific quality standards.
  • Familiarity with automation and control systems for optomechanical testing.
  • Experience in product development cycles from prototype to production.
  • Must be willing to work
    ONSITE
    from Monday-Friday.
