II.     Responsibilities

  • Attending all inquiries via emails, chats and telephone when on duty.
  • Maintaining a professional and positive manner with all customers and third parties to ensure repeat business.
  • Troubleshooting problems for customers' queries, raise to related departments to resolve customers' queries.
  • Always providing excellent quality of customer service and resolving customers' queries in line with departmental procedures.
  • Point person handling all aftersales concern.
  • Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
  • Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.

· Handling all clients concern (after sales)

o   Receiving calls from clients / sales team for after sales concerns

o   encoding / noting concerns (service report and history).

o   Discussion with technicians

· Making all request (Parts & materials)

o   Listing and processing of parts to be used

· PSC processing

· Job order processing (warranty claim / billable)

· Doing all the Job contracts (ASTRA SYSTEM)

· Scheduling on all after sales sales services

· Cash advances / petty cash request (budget)

· Liquidations

· Doing the reports for FAW in EP SYSTEM

· Doing warranty claim request for all brands

III.   Experience Requirement

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course or equivalent; Mechanical Engineering or 4-year Automotive course
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Automotive or Truck industry is required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, Powerpoint Presentation and Excel.
  • With valid driver's license is a plus.
