About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Specialist to help ensure that all company processes and documentation comply with GMP, GDP, FDA, Halal, FSSC, and other industry standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining our commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain complete documentation for all GMP processes.
  • Ensure proper and compliant documentation for supplier accreditation and other regulatory requirements.
  • Track and support the implementation of annual training programs.
  • Assist in document management and coordinate with the Document Control Center.
  • Support internal quality audits and facilitate external audit activities.
  • Assist in preparing Deviation Reports and investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • With 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, documentation, quality management, or regulatory affairs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
