The Dean of Medical Technology serves as the chief academic and administrative leader of the Medical Technology department. The Dean is responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty supervision, accreditation compliance, research promotion, and ensuring high-quality education and training for students. This role requires strong leadership, academic expertise, and a commitment to excellence in medical laboratory science.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field (Required).
  • Doctorate Degree in Education, Medical Technology, Public Health, or related discipline (Preferred but not required).
  • Valid Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) license.
  • At least 5–7 years of academic experience, with leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, research, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
