Education and/or Experience:

  • Candidate must be a Medical Technology graduate.
  • A professional license is required.
  • With at least 1 year experience as medical technologist.
  • Key competencies include analytical decision-making, attention to detail, teamwork, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and initiative.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage with all staff levels and customers.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and be dispatched to various locations across Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao for short periods
  • Must be willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage customer and employee training sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for lectures, training programs, and fairs.
  • Create supplemental training materials, including quick tips, workbooks, and additional resources.
  • Provide technical expertise and administer applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with departments to prepare technical reports, training materials, and documentation for end users.
  • Offer operational and end-user support to customers.
  • Assist the department head with project progress updates.
  • Conduct system checks and ensure quality assurance.
  • Support end users with infrastructure adoption and provide technical assistance for a smooth transition.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
