Job Position: Medical Records and DME Officer

Medical Records Officer:

  • Facilitate the incoming and outgoing of all medical records of our patients.
  • Assign the documents to the appropriate doctor and staff for reviewing and signing.
  • Attaches the medical records and other related documents to the patient's chart correctly.
  • Adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Keen to details especially the dates of the documents.

DME Officer:

  • Facilitate all durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) orders for the patients.
  • Constant follow-up with the suppliers for the status of the DMEPOS orders.
  • Informs the patient about the status of the orders.
  • Facilitate the signing of the documents related to the DMEPOS orders.

Skills/ Knowledge required:

  • Basic computer literacy (the job itself will involve the use of EHR - electronic health record)
  • Knowledge of medical terms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
