Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Assistant Manager (Technical Account) based in Quezon City. The Training Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills needed to provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating training schedules, monitoring training effectiveness, and supporting the technical account management team with necessary training resources.
